Acceptable Use Policy

• Original characters, mascots, avatars, illustrated, 3D or cartoon characters you created or have the rights to.
• Yourself, or other adults who gave you their explicit consent to be animated and shared.
• Swimwear, sportswear and non-explicit underwear in a normal, non-sexual context.
• Products and objects you own or are allowed to feature.

• No nudity, partial nudity or exposed intimate parts, whether real, illustrated or AI-generated.
• No sexual acts, sexual poses, fetish content, sex toys or sexually suggestive content.
• No "nudify", undressing or sexualised edits of any person, real or fictional.

Never upload images or videos of anyone under 18, and never create content that depicts or appears to depict a minor, including synthetic, illustrated or "aged-down" characters. Any content sexualising minors is reported to the competent authorities and child-safety organisations, and the account is closed permanently.

• Don't upload an identifiable real person — their face, body, likeness or voice — without their explicit, informed consent.
• Never create intimate, sexual, humiliating or degrading content of a real person, with or without consent.
• You must be able to prove consent if we ask.

Don't use images of celebrities, influencers, politicians, athletes or other public figures, even with a disclaimer, as a parody or "just for fun". Our systems detect well-known faces and block them.

• No impersonating a real person, brand or organisation, and no fake endorsements.
• No fake news, fabricated events or content designed to mislead people about what really happened.
• No political deepfakes: fake statements, actions or appearances of candidates, officials, parties or public institutions.
• No scams, fraud, phishing or content used to trick people.
• Don't remove AI watermarks or metadata, or present AI videos as real footage.

• No bullying, harassment, threats, stalking or content targeting a private individual.
• No hate speech or hateful symbols attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
• No graphic violence, gore, self-harm, terrorism or glorification of violent acts.
• No content promoting illegal activity, weapons trafficking or dangerous drugs.

Only use reference videos, characters, artwork, logos, music and products you own or are licensed to use. Don't use copyrighted characters or brands in a way that infringes their owners' rights. Rights holders can report infringement through our report form.

• Don't try to bypass, trick or test our moderation (for example by cropping, filtering or splitting content, or using coded prompts).
• Don't create multiple accounts to get around limits, bans or free credits.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attack the Service, or access other users' content.

Depending on how serious it is, GoLoopy may:

• block the upload or generation (no credits are used when our checks block an upload);
• remove videos and every copy of them from our storage;
• suspend or permanently ban the account, without refund of subscriptions or credits;
• report illegal content and the account behind it to the competent authorities.

Automated checks can make mistakes. If you think an upload was blocked by error, contact us and we'll review it.
